Mr Baenziger has performed more than 5000 comprehensive environmental assessments in residential, commercial, non-profit, and government buildings, and he has been retained as an expert witness in a number of Court cases that required proof of condition and causality. Walt is also a Licensed Massachusetts Asbestos Inspector, New York Mold Assessor, and Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.
